Kiip is excited to announce three strategic hires to take the company to the next level: Ali Merlino as Kiip’s new Senior Vice President of Revenue, Dilpreet Singh as Vice President of Engineering and Tiffany Yu as Head of Platform Development.
Ali, Dilpreet and Tiffany will play instrumental roles on Kiip’s management team to drive the next phase of growth and product innovation.
Ali brings 14 years of experience in digital advertising, publishing and sales. She is responsible for leading sales efforts, creating new revenue opportunities and establishing Kiip as the leader in moments marketing. Prior to joining Kiip, Ali spent seven years at Millennial Media as an early member of the team, where she worked closely with advertisers to navigate and succeed in the ever-growing mobile advertising market. There, she led the East coast sales teams, driving over $160 million in revenue during her tenure.
With extensive experience in software engineering, including SaaS, product management and smartphone applications for iOS and Android, Dilpreet is prepared to make Kiip’s products and infrastructure flourish. He was previously head of engineering at two dynamic companies: Madison Reed and Demandforce, through to its $423.5M acquisition by Intuit, and is a co-founder of Life360.
Dilpreet’s strong engineering background in platform and e-commerce is especially key in helping the company scale its moments platform in partnership with its large developers.
Tiffany joins as Head of Platform Development and Partnerships to grow the adoption of Kiip’s platform by even bigger brands. In this role, she will also expand the platform’s capabilities and value proposition. She brings deep product marketing strategy and business development expertise in the loyalty and financial service industries.
Tiffany joins Kiip from American Express (an investor in Kiip), where she transformed the company’s nascent loyalty division, LoyaltyEdge, into a full-fledged platform with total revenue exceeding $400 million.
