Our team is comprised of the best and brightest from every field but their dazzling personalities are what really make Kiip the amazing company that it is. That’s why, every month, we like to profile a Kiiper so the world can know just how awesome our team is.
In this edition of Meet a Kiiper, we chatted with Catherine Flint, our rockstar Sales Director for US East and Central regions. When she’s not busy connecting with clients, Catherine can be found hitting the slopes and enjoying good food with friends.
When did you start working at Kiip?
I started at Kiip in June of 2012, over four and half years ago! At that time there were only three of us in the New York office. It’s been incredible to see how much we’ve grown over the years!
What do you do? (What is that?)
Director of Sales, East and Central. The sales team at Kiip is tasked with bringing advertisers on board to run campaigns throughout our network of apps. I oversee our New York and Chicago teams, meet with brands and agencies, prospect new business, work with internal teams to build new products, etc.
What do you love most about working at Kiip?
One of the things I love most is the culture we have built in our New York office. Not only do we work with an amazing group of people but our product is incredible and keeps getting better. There is a company wide culture of innovation and growth, which benefits both our products and our people!
What is your favorite project that you’ve worked on – or – what was a benchmark that was reached that you were particularly proud of?
My favorite part about sales, and about Kiip, is that my day-to-day is constantly changing. I’m most proud of the sales team that we’ve built, not only in our New York office but in our other offices as well. We have an amazing group of really talented people coming from a variety of backgrounds.
When you’re not at Kiip what are you most likely doing?
This winter, I’ll be trying to ski as much as possible! I can usually be found trying a new restaurant, going to the movies, hanging with friends, or attempting to workout.
Any.Do. This is mostly an aspirational choice. I am constantly trying to stay more organized and Any.Do is a beautiful to-do list application that can help me reach my goals.
